Who we are

DayTrip Tickets operates a marketplace for day trips and excursions in Rhodes and the Dodecanese. Contact: via the supplier/admin portals on this website.

Data we process

• Suppliers & admins — name, email, company details, password hash, product content and uploads you submit.
• Bookings / sales records — customer name, email, travellers and amounts (used for fulfilment and platform analytics).
• Technical data — IP address (for security and light localisation), browser type, pages viewed when analytics are enabled.

Why we process it

• Provide the marketplace and supplier/admin accounts (contract / legitimate interest)
• Show relevant destinations and footer links (legitimate interest)
• Improve the product with optional analytics (consent)
• Legal and security obligations

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Session cookies expire after 14 days of inactivity. Consent preference is stored for up to 12 months.
